Argo Blockchain will not file for bankruptcy because it has reached an agreement with Galaxy Digital

Mining company Argo Blockchain will not file for bankruptcy as it sells its Helios mining center to Galaxy Digital for $65 million.
The company will also receive $35 million in financing from Galaxy Digital.
In addition, Argo has a two-year agreement with Galaxy and will become a hosting partner for Helios.
