Blockchain associations in Kenya and the US have demanded from Nigeria to release Binance top executives Tigran Gambarian and Nadeem Anjarwalla.

They have been held in the country since February 26 without charge. Both managers have traveled to the country for talks with the regulator.

The Blockchain Association of Kenya said the detention violates human rights and contradicts the principles of law.

The U.S. Chamber of Digital Commerce called the incident a “state-sponsored kidnapping” and a “blatant violation of international law.”
