Blockchain ecosystem Cronos, created by cryptocurrency exchange CryptoCom, announced the launch of a program to accelerate progress in DeFi, Web3 and the meta universe.
The Cronos Accelerator program created a $100 million fund to help early-stage crypto projects.
Some of the prominent investment partners supporting the Cronos Accelerator program include Mechanism Capital, Spartan Labs, IOSG Ventures, OK Blockchain Capital, AP Capital, Altcoin Buzz and Dorahacks.
Cronos plans to bring in other partners in the future.
Selected projects will receive an initial investment of $100,000 to $300,000, in addition to grant funding opportunities.
Participants will also receive assistance with mentoring and other marketing initiatives. In addition, these projects will be able to integrate into the CryptoCom ecosystem.
