According to Blockworks, the court hearing between Binance and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lasted 4 hours.
According to the publication, Judge Amy Berman Jackson became frustrated with the Binance team and at one point simply asked them to stop repeating their argument that investment contracts can only exist if there is an actual contract.
She added that the Binance team could not interpret this definition correctly.
