According to Bloomberg, Bahamian bank Deltec, which is a key partner in Tether, has been sued in a Florida court.
The bank is accused of providing an unofficial $2 billion short-term line of credit to Alameda Research. The loan was for the purchase of USDT.

The documents also allege that Deltec was allegedly involved in misappropriating exchange customer funds and moving money between FTX and Alameda accounts.
