The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has allowed investment funds to invest in cryptocurrency assets.
Digital assets will be able to be part of a fund’s portfolio if they are traded at institutions licensed by the Central Bank of Brazil, CVM or the U.S. regulator.
