Coinbase has filed a lawsuit against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), accusing the agency of arbitrary and capricious behavior regarding the regulation of digital assets.
The exchange said the SEC violated the law by ignoring the company’s petition.
Coinbase also accused the regulator of refusing to write rules regarding cryptocurrency.
