South Korean prosecutors said the total amount involved in the Terraform Labs crimes was $314 million, and Do Kwon’s share was about $69 million.
Police found that Kwon had no physical property that could be seized to begin recovery proceedings.
According to law enforcement, Kwon converted all of his assets into cryptocurrency and put it on one of the exchanges.
According to KBS, South Korea’s prosecutors have asked Binance specifically to help ban Kwon from withdrawing digital assets.
