According to DLNews, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon opened a company in Serbia called Codokoj22 d.o.o. Beograd” in October 2022 for $0.92 (100 Serbian dinars).
Kwon registered his primary business as consulting services.
Notably, former Chai Corporation CEO Han Chang-Jun was listed as a co-director of the venture.
The article also noted that Kwon allegedly hired the Serbian law firm Gecic Law to represent him.
A partner at Gecic Law stated that Kwon passed the standard security checks the firm conducts for each client, including a search of the Interpol website, on which he was not found.
Kwon is indeed not on the Interpol website.
