According to The New York Times, investment firm Fidelity Investments is on track to allow its clients to add bitcoin to their 401(k) retirement savings plans.
The company is now the leader in retirement plan offerings and manages the retirement savings of more than 20 million people.
Fidelity plans to begin offering bitcoin 401(k) holdings later this year.
