The Gate Exchange reported that it is unable to process user withdrawals and deposits in a timely manner.
The company explained that this situation occurred due to intermittent connection interruptions caused by maintenance of cloud service providers’ nodes.
“We are currently monitoring the network connectivity status of our cloud service providers and will expedite deposits and withdrawals as soon as network connectivity is restored,” the company said.
