One of the largest mobile phone manufacturers Huawei Technologies Ltd is planning to launch a new smartphone based on blockchain technology. The company is now in talks with Sirin Labs and plans to get a license in order to use SIRIN OS system, which will help to launch blockchain based apps on the Android device. Siri Labs is also working on development of their own blockchain based smartphone, called Finney, which will be out for sale later this year and will cost around $1000.
