In a recent tweet, Tesla CEO Ilon Musk said that Tesla charging stations will be able to accept Dogecoin as payment in the future.
Tesla console creator Ryan Zohuri posted a photo on Twitter showing charging stations filled with electric cars.
Musk commented on the post and said that the company is also planning to open a “futuristic eatery/cinema” in the Hollywood area and added that customers will be able to pay for all these services in Dogecoin.
In December 2021, the company began accepting Dogecoin as payment for merch.
