Director Kevin Smith intends to sell his new film “Here Was Killroy” in the form of NFT.
For his film, Smith will use the Secret Network, based on the Cosmos blockchain. Quentin Tarantino used this network in November to launch an NFT for the movie “Pulp Fiction.”
The release date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
The buyer will receive distribution rights to the horror in theaters, on streaming services or any other platforms.
A total of 5,555 NFTs will be sold, each of which will serve as an exclusive pass to see the film and bonus material.
