Game company Metaverse Game Studios, which includes the developers of Far Cry, League of Legends, Destiny and Diablo Immortal, will launch a AAA game called Angelic.
Angelic is in the MMORPG genre, developed on Unreal Engine 5 and is currently in alpha testing. The game itself will be hosted on the Immutable X blockchain.
Its release is scheduled for late January 2023.
The basic idea behind Angelic is that thanks to Immutable X’s ZK-rollup technology, players will have full ownership of all their game assets in the form of carbon-neutral NFTs, which will be secured on the Ethereum blockchain.
