The BTC City in Ljubljana, a trading center with over 500 stores where shoppers can pay with cryptocurrency, claims to be the main ‘bitcoin town’ in the country. At the moment, stores can only accept Bitcoin, but later the support will be added for Bitcoin Cash and company’s own token. The BTC payments are provided by a French blockchain startup Eligma. There are already a number of crypto ATMs in the shopping center. In the nearest future, BTC Center plans to introduce analytical blockchain center, as well as the largest, according to the managers of the complex, facility for mining in Slovenia.
