BTCcom mining pool underwent a cyberattack, resulting in a $3 million loss to the company and its customers.
The attackers stole about $700,000 in customer assets and $2.3 million in company assets.
BIT Mining and BTCcom contacted law enforcement authorities in Shenzhen. Some of the funds have already been recovered.
