OKX Exchange has established a company in Hong Kong and applied for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Regulations 2022.
The regulation will take effect June 1.
Only Hashkey and OSL have been licensed now.
