NFT marketplace OpenSea has launched a new protocol for buying and selling NFT.
The Seaport protocol allows bidders to combine various assets in exchange for NFT.
“Say you have an NFT Doodle for 40 ETH, and you want a monkey from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection for 100 ETH. You could offer a Doodle token and add 60 ETH in exchange for a new NFT,” said Steven Zheng, director of research at The Block.
In addition, at Seaport, customers will be able to customize individual token exchange criteria and contribute a tip.
According to the developers, OpenSea will not control or manage Seaport.
