On March 27, Polygon will launch a beta version of zkEVM on the main network.
ZkEVM is a zero-disclosure (ZK) type of convolution and scaling solution that processes transactions at layer 2 faster and then sends transaction data back to the main network blockchain – in this case Ethereum.
ZK summaries use “evidence” to show that a transaction has not been tampered with, by exchanging only a snippet of information about that transaction.
