Fashion brand Prada will launch 100 Ethereum-based NFTs for its latest Timecapsule collection. The limited edition was created in collaboration with designer Cassius Hirst, son of British artist Damien Hirst.
Prada shoppers will receive a free NFT along with their physical purchase.
The tokens contain physical shirts in two colors, black and white, as well as animated tokens in the form of a capsule of pills of the corresponding color. The components of the set will contain a unique branded item number.
The blockchain consortium Aura, which belongs to conglomerate Moët Hennessy (LVMH), Prada and Cartie, will create the tokens. The companies created it to combat counterfeiting.
