Solana developers have released an update for SPL standard tokens that will make them more programmable.
Such an update will allow some issuers to comply with regulatory requirements.
Specifically, tokens will be able to embed custom royalties; integrate Zk proofs; cancel a transaction if it doesn’t meet parameters; create non-transferable tokens; develop yield tokens; and more.
