Spanish telecommunications company Telefonica has announced a collaboration with Chainlink Labs.
Specifically, Chainlink will be integrated into the SIM SWAP API, which checks when the SIM card associated with a cell phone number was last changed to prevent fraud on individual and bank accounts.
With Chainlink, the SIM SWAP API service will allow data to be verified from a variety of sources.
