Any person, including their relatives, that are on European, US, UK and UN sanctions list will not be allowed to take part in the token sale of Telegram’s closed ICO project TON. This ban also affects residents of territories under sanction, such as Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria. According to the Cointelegraph, this ICO might raise around $1.6 bln before the public phase of the ICO even launches, making it the largest ICO in history.
