Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon amended his Terra blockchain revival proposal. Kwon made the amendments even though the original proposal is still being voted on.
Several token distribution parameters were edited into the plan. Kwon said this was done “to incorporate community feedback.”
In particular, he suggested reducing the number of LUNA 2.0 tokens distributed to UST holders whose assets were staked on Anchor at a time when UST decoupling from the U.S. dollar occurred. Their share of the distribution was reduced from 20% to 15%.
Second, Kwon proposed increasing the initial number of LUNA 2.0 tokens from 15% to 30% and locking in the remaining 70% for a two-year vesting period.
He also suggested changing the token allocation schedule for Luna holders prior to the attack.

What was also unusual was that the proposal was changed at the time of the vote.
“How can you make significant amendments to a proposal in the middle of a vote when most people have already voted (for the original document)?” said one user.
Kwon’s original proposal was put to a vote by validators on Wednesday.
As of this writing, an overwhelming majority (80%) voted to adopt Kwon’s plan.
