Tether has announced a partnership with the Swiss city of Lugano. Together they plan to transform Lugano into a “European bitcoin capital.”
More details will be announced at a live press conference on March 3. Tether Chief Technology Officer Paolo Ardoino and Lugano Mayor Michele Foletti will be present at the press conference.
This is supposed to be about the city-based deployment of an institutional blockchain project, 3Achain, running on the Proof-of-Authority algorithm.
