Texas A&M College will launch a course on bitcoin. It was announced by Associate Professor Korok Ray of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M. He will be teaching a Bitcoin Protocol course to students in the College of Engineering and Mays Business School in the spring semester.
Ray said the course will also teach students how to “program a bitcoin library from scratch.”
The professor added that it took months to get permission to launch the curriculum.
Texas A&M is the seventh largest university in the United States, and the largest in Texas.
