According to The Block, BlackRock is preparing to launch a tokenized private equity fund.
The company has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The project is named USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund and is being developed in conjunction with Securitize. The minimum entry threshold for the fund starts at $100K.

According to Etherscan, a token called BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) was created on the Ethereum blockchain on March 5.
