Genesis Global Capital’s bankruptcy hearing will take place as early as Monday, Jan. 23.
According to court documents, Genesis’ liabilities were valued at $5.1 billion after the withdrawal was suspended.
The names of all creditors and the exact amount of the company’s liabilities are not known at this time.
