The Hong Kong regulator has given a deadline for applying for a crypto license

Hong Kong’s Financial Services Department said the deadline to apply for a cryptocurrency license will expire on February 29.

All companies that fail to obtain a license will have to cease operations in Hong Kong by May 31.
