Cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin raised $150 million in a Series B funding round and reached a valuation of $10 billion.
The round was led by Jump Crypto, with participation from Circle Ventures, IDG Capital and Matrix Partners.
KuCoin will use the proceeds to expand its product offering. The exchange also plans to move beyond its current centralized trading services and increase its Web 3 presence, through the creation of cryptocurrency wallets and through its entry into the DeFi and NFT markets.
