According to Vogue Business, luxury brand Off-White will begin accepting bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), XRP, USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT) in its stores in London, Milan and Paris.
The brand also announced that it will not impose limits on the amount customers can pay with said cryptocurrencies, but will conduct preliminary fraud checks.
Off-White is an Italian luxury fashion brand founded in 2012 by the late American designer Virgil Ablo. Last year, the world’s second largest luxury goods corporation, LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton, bought a 60% stake in Off-White.
“This is another important step in the development of a brand that looks to the future, including Web 3.0 technology, understanding the needs and desires of its ever-evolving customer base,” the company said.
