The American, Australian, Canadian, Dutch and British tax administrations have united to create an organization named J5 that will fight tax crime and money laundering activities using cryptocurrencies. The main aim of J5 is to strengthen the crypto crime control, by sharing information between offices, conducting joint investigations and expand each other’s opportunities through innovative technologies. When necessary, J5 will work with the International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It should be noted that the alliance was formed at the initiative of OECD.
