Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin donated 1,500 ETH to Ukraine.
In particular, Buterin donated 750 ETH to the Unchain Fund, a charity fund created by activists to support Ukraine with humanitarian aid.
Other 750 ETH he donated to Aid For Ukraine, a fund created by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Buterin never mentioned his donations anywhere, they were only revealed thanks to his registered domain name Ethereum Name Service (ENS) from which he transferred funds.
Earlier, Vitalik Buterin condemned the Russian Federation’s invasion of Ukraine. Even before the war, he said that an attack by Russia would hurt all of humanity.
