The FSA of Japan will now start to accept applications for potential crypto exchanges again, and the American exchange giant Coinbase is one of the candidates. According to some media sources, the new application procedure is much stricter now and includes 400 questions, compared to less than 100 as it was previously. In addition, the applicant must send their minutes of their board meetings to prove that executive-level employees are approving all key decisions, concerning customer protection, risk management and other vital aspects.
