Blockchain analytics company Elliptic announced that JPMorgan Bank has joined the list of investors who participated in its Series C funding round. Elliptic was able to raise $60 million in October 2021.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2, AlbionVC, Digital Currency Group, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, SBI Group, Octopus Ventures, SignalFire and Paladin Capital Group, JPMorgan.
Elliptic works with businesses and government agencies to analyze blockchains for illegal activity.
The company already works with Coinbase, Santander, Revolut, Genesis and Stellar.
Last year, Wells Fargo’s venture capital arm also joined in funding the company.
