The Japanese payment provider company announced their plans to invest billions of yen to buy a large share of Coincheck exchange. It has been reported, that following a hacker attack in January, Coincheck is looking for a third party support. After acquisition, Monex, the online platform with total cap of $870 mln, plans to replace company’s management, which will then may become an affiliate.
