The Financial Conduct Authority accredited the European cryptocurrency card issuer, so it can now create e-money accounts in over 25 different currencies. Wirex also plans to gain such licenses in Asia and North America. Wirex is only the third company to have received such license so far and sees it as a very important development which will open up a much broader market.
