The Japanese online giant is set to buy 40% shares of Tokyo based exchange BitARG next month, and its technologies will be used to launch Yahoo’s own exchange platform. According to Bloomberg, the shares will be bought for $19 mln, via subsidiary company – Forex platform YJFX. The YJFX will be the main developer of new exchange platform, as well as taking care company’s corporate and security management.
